He's not cheap, as his wife says. Todd Remington, Buildwise.org's Executive Editor is frugal. Let's face it, construction is damn expensive. Todd is constantly looking for inexpensive ways to build.

It's not about being cheap. Frugality is a philosophy of life. A desire to achieve quality and good design as efficiently as possible. Todd just doesn't like paying too much for it. Since he's a diehard do-it-yourselfer, Todd also likes finding the simplest way of getting the job done.
